We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager of Resort to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager of Resort, you will work closely with the management team to develop strategic HR initiatives that contribute to overall performance and employee satisfaction. You will oversee recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and personnel administration. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
